Cheers to the New Year!

The perfect party fare. Enjoy our twist on the classic cocktails & crostini. Check out the recipes below or watch the video here.

 

GRAPEFRUIT BASIL MARTINI

  • 2 1/2 ounces of vodka

  • 1 1/4 ounces of grapefruit juice

  • 3/4 ounces of simple syrup

  • 2 basil leaves

Muddle the basil leaves with the simple syrup in the cocktail shaker. Add vodka and grapefruit juice. Add ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into glass. Garnish with a basil leaf.

POMEGRANATE MARTINI

  • 2 ounces of vodka

  • 2 ounces of pomegranate juice

  • 1 ounce of Cointreau

  • 1 ounce of lemon juice

  • 1 ounce of simple syrup

Combine vodka, pomegranate juice, Cointreau, lemon juice, and simply syrup into cocktail shaker. Add ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into glass. Garnish with a twisted orange peel.

 
 

CROSTINI

  • French Baguette, sliced 1/4 inch thick

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt & Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange baguette slices on two baking sheets. Brush both sides with oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake until golden, about 15 to 25 minutes. Let cool on baking sheets.

Top crostini with desired toppings and serve. Find 3 of our favorite toppings below!

 

PROSCIUTTO, PESTO, & BURRATA CHEESE

Lightly spread burrata cheese on the crostini. Drizzle the pesto. Top with prosciutto.

HONEY, PINE NUTS, & GOAT CHEESE

Top the crostini with a light layer of goat cheese and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts. Drizzle with honey.

FIG JAM, SHARP CHEDDAR, & THYME

Spread the fig jam on the crostini. Cut the sharp cheddar into thin, long slices. Place on top of the jam and finish with a sprinkle of thyme.
